Role

• Develop cutting‑edge server side code using the latest Node.js frameworks.
• Design technical specifications and develop microservices architecture based technical solutions.
• Create code that supports video streaming products delivered to potentially millions of users.
• Optimize for performance, stability and cost management at scale.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and technology updates.

Experience Required

• 3 or more years of experience in server side web systems and middleware software development in a premium engineering services or product engineering organization.
• Hands‑on development experience using JavaScript on the server side with Node.js and associated frameworks.
• A solid understanding of networking, storage, operating/browser systems engineering as well as application/software systems performance optimisation and third‑party systems integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services preferred.
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Agile, Continuous Integration, Test‑Driven Development.
