Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking an senior network professional in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise network projects, spanning LAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN. The role requires hands-on LAN/Wireless experience in large environments, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

The candidate will design, validate, and implement architectures, runbooks, and documentation, while driving modernization and security alignment in fast-paced, delivery-focused settings.

Qualifications

• 8–14+ years of enterprise networking with strong delivery/execution exposure.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and Wireless in large enterprise or global environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex network projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Job description

Network Design & Delivery

• Lead endtoend delivery of enterprise network projects covering LAN, Wireless, and SDWAN technologies.
• Perform network scoping, solution design, and implementation aligned with approved architecture standards.
• Create and review HLDs, LLDs, BOMs & Runbooks, implementation plans, and handover documentation.
• Drive Network Refresh, EOL/EOS remediation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, resiliency, standard and security requirements.

LAN & Wireless Engineering

• Deliver enterprise campus LAN solutions using Cisco (Catalyst or Meraki) switching platforms.
• Design and implement Enterprise wireless networks including WiFi 5/6/6E, highdensity environments, and site readiness.
• Working knowledge with NAC solutions (Cisco ISE) for wired and wireless access control.
• Support wired/wireless troubleshooting during deployment and stabilization phases.

SDWAN & Secure Connectivity (Good to have/Working knowledge)

• Design and implement SDWAN solutions.
• Collaborate with security teams on secure connectivity patterns, firewall integration, and segmentation.

Automation & Quality Improvement

• Contribute to network automation and standardization efforts (Ansible, templates, APIs, or vendor tools).
• Identify delivery inefficiencies and drive process, quality, and documentation improvements.
• Participate in design reviews, quality checks, and peer mentoring.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

• Work directly with internal customers, project managers, and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and system integrators for implementation and issue resolution.
• Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience

• 8 14+ years of experience in enterprise networking with strong delivery/project execution exposure.
• Handson experience with LAN and Wireless in large enterprise or global environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex network projects endtoend.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching (OSPF, BGP preferred; QoS fundamentals).
• Understanding on implementing a strong Wireless Network
• Handson experience with Cisco IOS/IOSXE, enterprise switches, and routers.
• Working knowledge with SDWAN technologies (Cisco SDWAN, Meraki, Fortinet, Versa, etc.).
• Working knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto or Fortinet preferred).
• Experience with Cisco ISE / NAC for wired and wireless access.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools.

• Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, Cisco SDWAN Specialist
• Exposure to network automation (Python, Ansible, DevNet concepts).
• Experience with OT / Industrial / Process Control Networks (PCN).
