Software Expert Job Title: .NET Software Expert Job Type: Permanent Experience Required: 10 - 15 Years Job Location: Bangalore

Code, design, execute, and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products. Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of R&D initiatives. Work with Technical Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and Architects to understand client-initiated R&D requests. Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution. Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure. Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to defining technical architecture. Engage and guide a team of highly talented technologists and mentor junior engineers in their professional growth. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, automation, performance, and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

• An Engineering Bachelor's Degree (BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science with at least 10+ years of software development experience .

Technical Skills

• Candidates must have strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .


• Additionally, candidates must have worked with at least one database such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL .


• Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices-based architectures and enterprise-grade applications.


• Proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.


• Good understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, debugging techniques, and logging frameworks such as ELK, Serilog, Splunk, or equivalent .


• Strong understanding of frontend technologies including Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive UI development across multiple devices.


• Candidates with hands-on experience in Angular (latest versions) are preferred.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.


• Experience with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent is preferred.


• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly preferred.


• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis is an added advantage.


• Exposure to authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT is preferred.

Professional Skills

• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.


• Previous experience in providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews across teams.


• Strong background in software engineering best practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.


• Strong technology acumen with knowledge of software design, architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.


• Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.


• Ability to advocate, influence, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.


• Must have worked in Agile/Scrum development environments.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with international or distributed teams is preferred.
