Job summary

SKIDATA India is seeking a passionate Software Engineer - Solutions to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and integrations, building scalable, secure solutions aligned with global technology standards.

You will collaborate with international teams, contribute to API integrations, and ensure code quality and documentation while supporting deployments and customer requirements. This role offers opportunities to shape innovative mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering/development experience.
• Experience in software architecture, application development, or solution delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and integrations.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with SKIDATA's global technology standards.
• Collaborate with international development teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture, software quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a technical advisor for customized solution opportunities and customer projects

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4years of software engineering/development experience.
• Experience in software architecture, application development, or solution delivery roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / .NET 5+
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, gRPC, SignalR, and RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Visual Studio, SonarQube, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to Docker, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD, and Cloud Technologies
• Understanding of Cybersecurity, API integrations, and Data Flows
• Familiarity with Service Management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow

A Plus if you have:

• Experience in Airports, Parking, Ticketing, Mobility, Payment, or Transaction-based systems.
• Exposure to enterprise integration projects and solution architecture.
