Job summary

ThinkPalm Technologies is seeking a proficient .NET developer to design and implement scalable backend services in Kochi. You will work on core development, API design, DB interactions with PostgreSQL, and secure authentication mechanisms.

The role emphasizes clean architecture, testing, and maintainable code with Serilog-based logging. Joining within 30 days, office-based in Kochi with a preference for candidates able to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC for scalable apps.
• Experience designing robust RESTful services using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise with EF Core and micro-ORMs like Dapper.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization with ASP.NET Core Identity, OpenID, OAuth2.
• Experience configuring structured logging with Serilog and ASP.NET Core logger.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and FP design principles.
• Experience writing unit tests using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.

• Core Development: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC architecture for building scalable applications.
• API Design: Hands-on experience designing and developing robust RESTful services using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Database & ORM: Deep expertise in working with PostgreSQL, utilizing both Entity Framework Core and micro-ORMs like Dapper.
• Security & Identity: Proven ability to implement secure authentication and authorization flows using ASP.NET Core Identity, OpenID, and OAuth2.
• Application Logging: Solid track record of configuring and implementing structured application logging using Serilog and the built-in ASP.NET Core logger.
• Architecture & Design: Strong foundational knowledge of software design principles, including both Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms.
• Testing & Quality: Demonstrated experience writing comprehensive unit test cases using frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
