Overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant to work with older versions of NAVISION (2013 & 2016), including upgrades, migration and support. The candidate must have 12+ years of experience with NAVISION and exposure to Finance & Manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

• Work on older NAVISION versions (2013 & 2016) and perform system upgrades.
• Understand explicit and implicit business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders independently.
• Provide estimates, adhere to timelines, and maintain delivery quality.
• Own client sign‑offs on deliverables and lead regular structured team meetings on a daily basis.
• Guide and develop other team members as an independent, team‑playing consultant.
• Deliver post‑live training and support.
• Document all processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using established diagnostic methods.
• Conduct migration steps and perform functional checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience with NAVISION, including older versions.
• Strong functional experience in Finance & Manufacturing modules.
• End‑to‑end implementation experience.
• Analytical skills to analyse client requirements and map them into NAV 2013/2016.
• Knowledge of project scoping, analysis, and estimation.
