Exult Global is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance & Supply Chain) ERP implementation projects. You will own functional design across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse and SCM, guiding engagements from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.

Experience

7+ Years in ERP Consulting with atleast 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Functional Consultant - D365 Business Central to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects independently. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management processes and be capable of managing client engagements from requirements gathering through solution design, testing, training, go-live, and post- implementation support.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical consultants, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to best practices and Microsoft standards.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation Leadership

• Lead complete D365 Business Central implementation projects independently.
• Conduct discovery sessions, business process reviews, and requirement gathering workshops.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and configuration specifications.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years ERP consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations completed independently.
• Experience in Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Professional Services industries.
• Experience handling client-facing consulting and solution design responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage implementation lifecycles.

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
• Expertise in D365 Business Central configuration and setup.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory costing methodologies (FIFO, Average, Standard Cost).
• Understanding of procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Experience in multi-company and multi-currency implementations.
