Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to concept and produce motion graphics for digital campaigns across social and integrated marketing. You will collaborate with creative directors, client servicing, and production to turn ideas into engaging visual stories.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, a strong portfolio, and solid knowledge of animation principles, typography, and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and digital creative work.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital, social media, video, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams to translate concepts into engaging motion content.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and animation concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, typography, transitions, and sound synchronization.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with production teams, video editors, and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated with latest animation techniques, motion design trends, and industry best practices.
• Optimize content for multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency across formats and devices.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Support new business pitches with visually impactful presentations and mock-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and digital creative work.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar 3D/motion design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
