About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who thrives on bringing stories to life through engaging motion, video, and animation. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping Uniqode’s brand expression across product, marketing, and social touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with brand designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-impact visual narratives that elevate our brand and connect with global audiences.

If you’re passionate about storytelling through design, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy pushing creative boundaries with animation and video formats, this is the role for you.

What we are looking for in our Senior Motion Designer:

Craft Compelling Motion Design: Create high-quality motion graphics, videos, and animations for campaigns, product launches, social media, and brand content.
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with the brand design team, content marketers, and product stakeholders to translate ideas into powerful motion pieces.
Own the Motion Pipeline: Lead and mentor projects from concept to final delivery including storyboarding, animation, sound, and rendering.
Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure all motion work aligns with Uniqode’s evolving brand language and visual identity.
Push Creative Boundaries: Explore new formats, trends, and tools (e.g., AI, 3D, interactive formats) to elevate the brand’s motion capabilities.
Build Internal Capability: Help document processes and templates to make motion creation scalable and accessible across the team.
Support Experimentation: Contribute to quick-turnaround creative ideas, tests, and POCs across marketing and product contexts.

What we expect from you:

6-8 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Experience with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a big plus.
Strong design sense, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional motion work across digital platforms.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines into engaging motion experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have :

Experience in UI animation, micro-interactions, or product design motion.
Sound design and audio syncing skills.
Familiarity with Figma, Trello, or project management tools.
