Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with extensive experience in producing high-quality motion graphics and animations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually stunning content and leading creative projects. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams, mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall visual strategy of our brand.

KRA’s

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce product, marketing, and social media videos aligned with brand and business goals.
• Create UI/UX walkthroughs, explainers, and product teasers to effectively communicate features, workflows, and value propositions.
• Develop concept videos and visual narratives, translating ideas into frame-wise storytelling and scripts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and impact.
• Manage end-to-end video execution, ensuring high-quality delivery optimized for multiple platforms.

Leadership and Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of motion graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the development and execution of motion graphics projects, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.

Creative Direction

• Develop and execute creative concepts for motion graphics and animations that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Provide creative direction and input on visual style, composition, and pacing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful visual content.

Advanced Motion Graphics

• Design and produce advanced motion graphics, animations, and video content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Utilise industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Quality Assurance

• Review and refine motion graphics to ensure the highest quality output.
• Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets project specifications.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production, preferably in the marketing technology or AI SaaS industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of advanced motion graphics and animation projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of composition, colour theory, and typography.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
