Saxo Bank in Gurugram (India) is seeking an experienced IBM MQ Administrator to join our on-site team. The role covers installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM MQ environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance in a large enterprise setting.

You will drive PowerShell automation, handle incident response, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to optimize operations and reliability of critical messaging services.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in IBM MQ administration and support within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of messaging architecture, HA/DR configurations, MQ security (SSL/TLS), performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation, with exposure to middleware technologies, Windows Server, networking, and IT operations.
• Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, monitoring, and operational support for business-critical systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server administration is additional advantage.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive initiatives from design through implementation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MQ infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise messaging solutions.
• Manage MQ upgrades, patching, capacity planning, security compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
• Drive platform improvements, operational excellence, documentation, and modernization initiatives.
• Good to have experience administering Microsoft BizTalk Server, including applications, receive locations, send ports, orchestrations, pipelines, and host instances.
