Job summary

Centex Exports in Ludhiana, India is seeking a capable merchandise professional to manage a team of 8-12 merchandisers and designers. You will oversee the garment sampling process, manage orders end-to-end from receipt to shipment, and coordinate with product development and production teams to ensure timely delivery with quality.

Export experience is essential. Role involves maintaining TNA, handling buyer approvals and feedback, and ensuring samples meet buyer specifications at multiple

Responsibilities

• Managing Team of 8-12 merchandiser and Designers
• Monitor the Garments Sampling Process according to the Buyer requirement
• Processing of the orders right from the order Receipt to Shipment
• Coordinate with Product Development Team to put developments into work
• Maintain Merchandising files and update Time and Action plan (TNA)
• Check details in order sheet received from buyer
• Follow up on the delivered Sample deadlines
• Handle Quality issues for Sampling as well as Production
• Follow up with Buyers for approvals and feedback
• Execute running Production Orders
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery with required quality
• Update Production Development Team on different sample requirements (salesman, fit, pp. sample)

• Follow up with Buyers for approvals and feedback.
• Execution of running Production Orders.
• Coordinating with production and quality teams to get the goods on time with exact quality standards.
• Updating Production Development Team regarding different Sample requirement of Buyer at various stage (sales man, fit, pp. sample etc.
