The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technical support.

As a Senior Member designation is mentioned for freshers, you will support customers via chat, email, and phone, meet SLA targets, and work in 24/7 shifts from the office.

Qualifications

• Freshers with B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or MCA
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of cloud platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT, including prompt usage and automation basics
• Must possess a Provisional Certificate and Graduation Marks Memo
• Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 weekly offs)

Responsibilities

Mandate Skills:

• Networking Support or Basic understanding of Networking concepts, Linux along with a relevant Networking certification & Any Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud support concepts, including monitoring, logging, incident handling, and network troubleshooting fundamentals etc.
