Eka.care is seeking an experienced internist to lead the clinical side of a new AI-driven evaluation framework in India. You will translate everyday clinical reasoning into rigorous, reproducible assessment protocols and help curate representative clinical datasets.

This 5-month, full-time role is based in Bengaluru with on-site hours and potential for flexible scheduling around clinical commitments.

Qualifications

• MBBS + MD in Internal Medicine (India)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience after MD
• Strong working knowledge of Indian clinical guidelines and practice
• Clear, precise medical writing
• Comfortable with structured, detail-oriented work

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a clinical evaluation framework to assess how well AI systems handle real-world medical practice in India. We are looking for an experienced internist to lead the clinical side of this work — someone who can translate everyday clinical reasoning into rigorous, reproducible evaluation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ENGAGEMENT

Type: Full-time, 5-month contract, 6 working days (5 days in-office - Saturday WFH)

Clinical practice: Flexibility to continue clinical practice, scheduled around core on-site hours
