Calpion Software Technologies is seeking a skilled Ambulance Coding professional to review transport documentation, assign correct medical codes, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. The role supports timely claim submissions and reimbursements in a fast-paced healthcare billing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of ambulance coding experience and relevant certifications, with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes, plus Medicare/Medicaid

Qualificações

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Ambulance Coding.
• CPC, CCS, CCA, or CPMA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes and ambulance billing guidelines.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance coding requirements.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Knowledge of claim denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare coding software.

Preferred candidate profile
