We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable and efficient designs, utilizing CAD software to produce detailed drawings and specifications.

What do we need? (Requirements):

• 3+ years of relevant experience in NPD
• Sound knowledge in SolidWorks / AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience in drafting, detailing, modelling, surfacing, and concept designing

• Specialised in all the fabrication technologies like cutting, forming, punching, stamping, shearing, &
• welding
• Knowledge of material selection
• Knowledge in electromechanical system

What will you do? (Responsibilities):

• Designing: sheet metal, weldment, surface modeling, and molding.
• Generate detailed drawings for parts and assembly with suitable GD&T.
• Responsible for planning, designing, and developing new prototypes.
• Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for the projects.
• Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to make better products with minimal cost.
• Review prototypes and perform tests and finalize product design to facilitate mass production
• Root cause analysis
• Redesign existing products to enhance functionality or reduce cost
• Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents
• Coordinating with the planning department, the manufacturing department, and the quality department.
