Job summary

Careernet seeks an experienced MDM engineer in Bengaluru to design, model, and govern master data using TIBCO EBX. You will configure workflows, validation rules, and data quality controls to ensure accuracy of master records and support governance requirements.

The role involves developing platform customizations, supporting EBX enhancements, and ensuring production stability for master data operations. A Bachelor's in CS/IT is required, with 4–6 years of MDM/ED expertise.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in MDM and enterprise data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management solutions and TIBCO EBX.
• Strong data modeling experience for master data domains and reference data structures.
• Experience designing workflow-driven MDM processes with validation and governance controls.
• Ability to support platform configuration, customizations, and integration-ready data structures.
