About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, branding, and digital presence of a prestigious Family Office catering to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Promoters, Business Families, and Entrepreneurs.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the UHNI investment ecosystem and be capable of building a differentiated brand while driving high-impact marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital platforms. This role demands someone who understands the nuances of marketing within the private wealth and family office landscape, where credibility, trust, confidentiality, and relationship-building are paramount.

The successful candidate will own the firm's marketing vision, strengthen brand positioning, enhance digital visibility, and support business development through sophisticated marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing and branding strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build a differentiated brand positioning within the Family Office and UHNI ecosystem.
Ensure consistency across all communication channels, both online and offline.
Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with entrepreneurs, business owners, promoters, and UHNI families.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
Drive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
Build and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Content & Thought Leadership

Develop high-quality content including investment insights, newsletters, articles, videos, brochures, presentations, and client communication.
Work closely with investment teams to translate complex financial concepts into engaging marketing content.
Position the leadership team as thought leaders through strategic content initiatives.

Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation

Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting client acquisition and engagement.
Build targeted campaigns focused on promoters, business owners, family businesses, and UHNI investors.
Generate qualified leads through digital channels and strategic partnerships.

Events & Client Engagement

Plan and execute exclusive client events, investor meets, webinars, roundtables, and networking initiatives.
Collaborate with relationship managers and investment teams to enhance client experience through marketing initiatives.

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage relationships with branding agencies, creative partners, digital marketing firms, PR agencies, and content creators.
Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all marketing initiatives.

Performance Measurement

Define KPIs for marketing effectiveness.
Track ROI across campaigns.
Prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
Continuously optimize marketing spend and campaign performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related discipline.
