Senior Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Event Operations and Administration professional to support Krolls global events program. This role combines event administration, operational excellence, process optimization, reporting governance, and platform management to drive efficiency, consistency, data integrity, and performance across the entire event lifecycle. As a key member of the Events and Marketing teams, you will oversee the day-to-day administration and operational management of event technologies, including Cvent, Salesforce dashboards, and event-specific SharePoint hubs. You will play a critical role in developing scalable processes, standardizing workflows, enhancing reporting frameworks, improving data quality, and creating self-service resources that empower stakeholders and support informed decision-making. Through continuous improvement initiatives, you will help elevate operational excellence and ensure the successful delivery of events across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Cvent Platform Ownership & Event Administration:
  • Serve as the primary administrator and operational owner of Cvent, promoting firmwide adoption, consistent platform use, and establishing best practices.
  • Act as the central point of contact for Cvent-related processes, troubleshooting, training, and user guidance, ensuring adherence to standards, workflows, and timelines.
  • Maintain and enhance event templates, registration forms, attendee journeys, communications, workflows, and other platform configurations.
  • Ensure events are entered accurately with the appropriate ownership, business unit allocation, categorization, assignments, approvals, and reporting structure.
  • Manage pending approvals and administrative requests; monitor data quality and reporting integrity; and ensure events are closed accurately and on time.
  • Support the migration and maintenance of historical event data and coordinate post-event reporting in Monday.com during the transition to Cvent.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, user guides, and internal resource pages, while identifying opportunities to improve functionality, adoption, reporting, and efficiency.
  • Ability to build websites, registration pages and support the creation, scheduling, and distribution of event communications through Cvent.
Event Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce dashboards for hosted, sponsored, and flagship events, building on existing frameworks and incorporating Cvent-driven improvements where appropriate.
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to improve dashboard functionality, reporting capabilities, and data visualization to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment and data integrity across Cvent, Salesforce campaign records, event reporting, and key event performance metrics.
  • Produce, analyze, and distribute event reports and performance insights, monitor reporting accuracy, and maintain high standards of data quality across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes, dashboard performance, and data governance practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and actionable insights.
Event SharePoint Hubs & Knowledge Management:
  • Support the continued development and rollout of event-specific SharePoint hubs as centralized sources of information for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop templates, governance requirements, and content structures for event SharePoint sites.
  • Ensure event hubs contain relevant resources, including timelines, event details, communications assets, logistical information, and reporting tools.
  • Regularly review and update content to maintain a consistent, accurate, relevant, and user-friendly approach to event knowledge management.
Event Operations Excellence, Templates & Self-service Resources
  • Support the ongoing maturity and growth of Krolls global event operations through continuous improvement initiatives, including the evaluation of event technologies, system integrations, automation opportunities, and platform enhancements. Leverage stakeholder feedback and operational insights to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience across event programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Krolls event resources, including templates, standard operating procedures, planning tools, checklists, governance standards, and best practice resources.
  • Drive the implementation, creation, and management of self-service and "Event-in-a-Box" resources that enable teams to deliver events independently while maintaining brand, operational, and data quality standards.
  • Manage event-related materials, merchandise inventory, and branded assets.
  • Assist with post-event reporting, reconciliation, documentation, and follow‑up activities, providing flexible support during peak event periods.
Required Skills (Must Have)
  • Experience administering an event technology platform; Cvent experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, or campaign management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint site creation, content management, and governance is an advantage.
  • Experience in events, marketing operations, event technology, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience managing event data, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
  • You are proactive and solution‑oriented, with a strong interest in improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, reliable data.
