The role emphasizes budget planning, MIS reporting to senior management, ESG initiatives, and close coordination with site teams to drive continuous improvement and decarbonisation across projects.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in wind O&M or related fields

Responsibilities

• Track compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements in Recat portal and highlight to site for deviation and closure
• Oversee and ensure asset performance as per business KPIs (LPF, MA, GA, RA)
• Drive the implementation of Safety culture across all sites
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices across all sites and projects
• Support to team on MIS and senior management presentations
• Coordinate with state RPC cube team, RPDC team for Site/WTG performance analysis
• Review reports of WTG technical faults (Auto reset, warnings), power curve performance and discuss with site asset managers for resolution
• Review RPDC reports for LPF, PLF and resource availability of plant
• Budget planning and tracking for wind asset management
• Ensuring asset health assurance, reliability and life cycle management
• Oversee, drive and implement safety and ESG initiatives at sites
• Review the ESG reports centrally and discuss with site team for resolution of any issue

Position: Senior Manager - Wind O&M
Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10 -15 Years
Location: Gurgaon-HO

Key Responsibilities:

• Track the compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements in Recat portal and highlight to respective site for any deviation and its closure
