Job summary

Home Credit India is seeking a Governance Lead to establish and sustain a robust governance framework for outsourced collections and recovery partners. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strong partner engagement through structured R&R and communication initiatives.

The position includes creating and managing collections communication platforms for monthly/quarterly newsletters to drive alignment, transparency, and best practice sharing across the vendor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficient MIS, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

To establish, lead, and institutionalize a robust governance framework for all outsourced collections and recovery partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, ethical practices, risk mitigation, and strong partner engagement through structured R&R and communication initiatives.

Additionally, the role owns the creation and management of collections communication platforms, including monthly/quarterly newsletters, to drive alignment, transparency, and best practice sharing across the vendor ecosystem.
