Job summary

Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL) in India seeks a Senior Manager – Solar EPC to lead end-to-end execution of a 200 MW solar EPC project. You will manage schedule, budget, quality and safety while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 12–15 years in solar utility-scale project execution and a track record of leading a cumulative ≥1 GW portfolio, with PMP as an added advantage. Site-based leadership in large-scale deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in Solar Utility Scale Project Execution.
• Demonstrated experience as Project Head for a cumulative solar portfolio of ≥1 GW.

Advait Greenergy Private Limited (AGPL) is a next-generation clean energy company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, operating at the forefront of India’s green hydrogen, renewable energy and advanced energy storage transition. With full-stack capabilities spanning electrolyser manufacturing, hydrogen systems engineering, EPC execution and large-scale project commissioning, AGPL is among India’s earliest companies to translate green hydrogen ambition into operating assets. Educational Qualification & Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing utility-scale solar EPC projects.

Experience
