Qualifications

• Lead engineering team delivering highly scalable web, data, and platform solutions built on modern cloud-native architectures.
• Define and execute technology strategy, architecture roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and engineering best practices across product portfolios.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Data Engineering, Security, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, quality engineering, observability, and DevSecOps practices.

• Establish governance around performance, reliability, security, compliance, resiliency, and cost optimization.

About The Role

As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering on the Leasing Engineering team, you will lead the architecture, delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale real estate and digital marketplace platforms. The role will drive multi-disciplinary engineering teams across front-end, backend, data engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise architecture while ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and business alignment. You'll partner closely with product, marketing, and data teams to set technical direction, grow a high-performing engineering team.
