Job summary

Charles Schwab India seeks a senior technology leader to drive enterprise-scale applications across Front/Back Office domains. You will design, coach, and deliver with agile teams, shaping robust, cloud-enabled solutions that meet strict quality and security standards.

This role requires a proven track record of leading multi-discipline teams, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable software.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people skills with experience of building and leading technology teams.
• A university degree from a well-respected academic institution, and/or other professional certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Asset Management including Front Office, Middle Office, Data & Distribution.
• At least 10 years’ experience developing enterprise class applications using .NET and C#, particularly distributed and Cloud applications.
• Full stack development experience including Java, C#, SQL, HTML5, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Working knowledge of SOLID principles, 12-Factor App, and design patterns.
• At least 10 years of experience working in Agile Scrum.
• Strong ability to design, code, and debug applications in various software languages.
• Proven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed timeframes.

What you have
