Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager – Site Acquisition to join our Data Center Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end site acquisition lifecycle—from identification, due diligence, and commercial negotiations through to final transaction closure—to secure high-quality, expansion-ready sites for data center developments. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary network of real estate, legal, engineering, power, regulatory, and finance experts to drive scalable infrastructure growth across target markets.
