Who Is This Role For?

This is POP’s sellside engine. As Senior Manager – Shop Demand & Planning, you’ll own the numbers that make our commerce business move — GMV targets, category P&L, demand forecasting, and the campaign calendar that keeps customers coming back to shop. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, merchandising, and marketing, making sure the right products are in front of the right customers at exactly the right time.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years in category management, demand planning, or sellside roles at an ecommerce or quick commerce company — Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit or similar
• Strong command of GMV metrics, category P&L, and forecasting — you’re as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a strategy doc
• Experience running brand campaigns and promotional calendars with measurable outcomes
• Highly cross‑functional — you’ve worked closely with merch, marketing, and product teams and know how to get things done across teams
• Structured thinker, fast mover — you bring clarity to ambiguity and ship without waiting for perfect

• Drive category‑level GMV targets and P&L — track, report, and course‑correct with speed
• Plan and execute brand campaigns and promotions end‑to‑end, in close partnership with marketing and merch teams
• Work with tech and product teams to surface the right levers — better placement, smarter nudges, higher conversion
• Identify demand gaps and opportunities before they become problems — proactive over reactive, always
• Build the planning rhythm — weekly, monthly, quarterly — so the whole team operates from the same source of truth
