Job summary

PradeepIT is looking for a Growth Management Senior Manager to accelerate your career by leading online promotion campaigns and end-to-end merchandising across apps and websites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive category events and major promotions to boost visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing online promotion campaigns for Merchandising on marketing channels (Paytm Homepage Properties, CRM, SEO, SEM etc.)
• End to end ownership of complete merchandising on the app and website for the vertical
• Completely owning the ideation & execution of Category Event Days & Big events promotion & marketing plan
• Coordinating with the Creative team, Category team, Promotion operations, Clevertap platform team to drive online campaigns
• Monitoring effectiveness of sales and performance of the campaigns
• Driving profitable sales by ensuring visibility, traction, and a positive customer experience
• Extract and analyze data to interpret customer purchase behavior and share insights with respective business teams
• Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and market health
• Managing execution on all the platforms of (Desktop, Mobile site, Android, & iOS App) by creating affiliate, alliances, and partnership offers for different channels
