Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Volume Reporting Senior Coordinator to join the Master Data Maintenance Team within the Global Sales Enablement group, supporting PepsiCo Beverages North America.

The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems, acting as a control point between distributors, SIPS, PCC, and reporting tools while driving data validation, automation, and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
  • Good data skills and ability work through large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
  • Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
  • Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Proactive, responsive and results driven.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Ability to delegate effectively and balance team workload
  • Strong decision-making and issue escalation management
  • Builds high-performing teams, develops talent, and fosters engagement and accountability
  • Balances operational execution with strategic improvements and workload prioritization

  • Champions data accuracy and proactively mitigates risks before impacting reporting
  • Identifies recurring issues and implements scalable, long-term solutions

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data is flowing correctly into reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure delivering team´s work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of VR Analysts and Coordinator to ensure high-quality execution and performance
  • Set clear priorities, allocate workload, and monitor team productivity
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues and stakeholder concerns
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes (e.g., batch formatting, error reporting, tracking logs)
  • Develop or support implementation of automation solutions (macros, tools, workflows)
  • Reduce manual effort and improve processing efficiency and accuracy

Overview

This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Pepsio Beverages North America business team.


The Volume Reporting Sr Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems (SIPS, PCC), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization.


The VR Sr Coordinator plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, and compliance with SOX controls, while partnering cross-functionally with distributors, Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams.
