Job summary

PepsiCo in India seeks a Volume Reporting Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely processing of distributor volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role serves as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems, and reporting tools to enable reliable data.

The VR Coordinator will validate data, resolve issues, assist with system setup, and ensure compliance with SOX controls while partnering with Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
  • Good data skills and ability work through large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
  • Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
  • Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Proactive, responsive and results driven.
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Ability to delegate effectively and balance team workload
  • Strong decision-making and issue escalation management
  • 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
  • 3-4 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Desired experience with SAP & SIPS
  • Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate distributor volume reports.
  • Perform checks against predefined control points.
  • Identify and resolve data issues including: Missing/incorrect Product IDs, Chain IDs, DCs
  • Inactive or duplicate records
  • Data-related discrepancies
  • Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
  • Ensure timely processing of setup requests through SPA inbox.
  • Ensure data is flowing correctly into reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of VR Analysts to ensure high-quality execution and performance
  • Set clear priorities, allocate workload, and monitor team productivity
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues and stakeholder concerns

Overview

This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Pepsio Beverages North America business team.

The Volume Reporting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems (SIPS, PCC), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization.
