Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
• Fluent English written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Overview

This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Pepsio Beverages North America business team. The Volume Reporting (VR) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems (SIPS, PCC), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization. The VR Analyst plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, and compliance with SOX controls, while partnering cross-functionally with distributors, Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate distributor volume reports.
