Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Testing Services in Hyderabad to lead the delivery and management of Testing services for financial clients. The role requires 12+ years in Testing/QA, guiding a team to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure service delivery across cloud-based platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, push process improvements, and oversee incident management while maintaining security, compliance and high client satisfaction.

• Manage and Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentoring, and a culture of skillfulness and accountability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Testing processes with client needs and organizational objectives
• Drive the implementation of best practices and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions
• Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for Testing Services
• Engage with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with Testing Services Delivery
• Oversee incident management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to services
