PUMA Sports India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a senior Retail Manager to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across FP and FOC stores in Bengaluru.

You will maximize store performance, lead regional business development, and ensure brand standards while recruiting and coaching high-performing retail teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/retail management, a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/finance, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations across PUMA stores.
• Manage manpower planning and recruitment of Store Managers.
• Drive sales, business development, and customer experience initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Lead and develop Store Managers to improve store performance.
• Manage promotions, discounts, and retail initiatives.
• Identify new properties and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and institutional clients for growth opportunities.

Organizational relationships:

• Internal: Projects, IT, Marketing, Strategy, Retail, Finance and HR.

YOUR TALENT

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 5+ years experience in sales and/or management.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales target.
