• Track part sourcing and development activities against project timelines.
• Conduct weekly gap analysis and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Monitor SORs and part development status reports.
• Track DCRs and ECNs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely release of POs by coordinating with multiple functions.
• Drive closure of project gateway review concerns and red deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project MIS reports and sourcing dashboards.
• Support risk mitigation, fallback planning, and project governance reviews.

Purpose of Role: Drive platform-specific sourcing activities for new vehicle programs by coordinating part sourcing, development, issue resolution, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Ensure timely project execution, gap closure, and procurement deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Track part sourcing and development activities against project timelines.
• Conduct weekly gap analysis and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Monitor SORs (Statements of Requirements) and part development status reports.
• Track DCRs (Design Change Requests) and ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely release of POs by coordinating with Purchase, AQ, Engineering, GDC, TS, and LOB teams.
• Drive closure of project gateway review concerns and red deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project MIS reports and sourcing dashboards.
• Support risk mitigation, fallback planning, and project governance reviews.
