Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Senior Manager - Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement excellence across the organization. You will partner with Procurement Operations, Category Management, Finance, and Technology teams to optimize Source-to-Pay processes and maximize value through Coupa, Ariba, SRM, and related platforms.

The role requires deep procurement domain expertise, global transformation experience, and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing global procurement processes or transformation programs.
• Experience in BPO, GBS, Shared Services, or Global Process Organization (GPO) environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance global procurement policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units.
• Ensure alignment between procurement operations, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Drive Procurement Improvement opportunities - PO creation/Modification, order confirmations Validation, Invoice Discrepancy resolution in compliance with procurement policies.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives and support digital procurement strategies.
• Drive adoption and optimization of procurement technologies including Coupa, SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and other S2P tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system enhancements, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
• Evaluate emerging procurement technologies and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support implementation, upgrades, and integration projects related to procurement platforms.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and internal policies is paramount.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with their requirements.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking KPIs related to cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement cycle time.

Role Purpose Statement:

The Senior Manager - Procurement Lead will be a key member of the Global Process Organization (GPO), responsible for driving end-to-end procurement process excellence, standardization, governance, and digital transformation across the organization. The role will partner closely with Procurement Operations, Category Management, Finance, Business Stakeholders, and Technology teams to optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and maximize value through technology platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SRM, and related procurement solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement domain expertise, deep knowledge of procurement systems, and experience leading global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Accountabilities:

• Define, maintain, and enhance global procurement policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.

• Drive for respective SOX compliance as per the activity performed
• Drive for compliance to internal Bunge Procurement Policies
• Leading a Team of 5+ FTE's by evaluating their performance, share preodic feedback and document any gaps if required.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
