Job summary

Hyosungtndindia seeks an experienced Project Leader to manage multiple EPC Substation projects from award to commissioning and closure. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, HSQE compliance, and interface across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

You will build strong client relationships, manage contracts and vendors, monitor cash flow and profitability, and lead commissioning activities while mentoring project teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EPC Substation projects (AIS/GIS).
• Ability to manage scope, budget, timeline, quality, and HSQE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple EPC Substation (AIS/GIS) projects from award to commissioning and project closure.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Commercial, and Site teams.
• Manage client relationships, contract execution, subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, cash flow, invoices, collections, and profitability.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and site execution issues.
• Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, Owner's Engineers, utilities, government authorities, and key suppliers.
• Lead project reviews, progress reporting, and team development.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Site Teams, and cross-functional team.
• Lead commissioning activities including startup, equipment testing, energization, synchronisation, and performance testing.
