Job summary

LRN, a leading ethics and compliance SaaS provider, seeks a Senior Manager of Professional Services in Mumbai to head the Project Management team and deliver customized content solutions for B2B clients.

You will ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and scalable delivery, guiding PMs, aligning with Sales and Success teams, and driving continuous improvements with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in project/program management, preferably in Professional Services or B2B.
  • 3–5+ years leading and managing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects.
  • Experience driving operational efficiency and scale in delivery functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with PM tools: Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Mavenlink.
  • Experience in content, learning, or digital solutions industries.
  • Exposure to AI/automation in project delivery workflows.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar certifications.
  • Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project managers.
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of content customization projects.
  • Ensure on-time, within-scope delivery at high quality.
  • Standardize project management frameworks and best practices.
  • Act as escalation point for key client engagements.
  • Partner with Client Success / Sales for smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through delivery excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven solutions where possible.
  • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Work with Content, Product, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Align client requirements with internal capabilities.
  • Contribute to product and service improvements from feedback.
  • Define and track KPIs: timelines, utilization, margin, CSAT.
  • Provide regular updates on performance and risks.

About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our Professional Services Project Management team. This role willbe responsible forleading a team of project managers who deliver high-quality, customized content solutions for our B2B clients.

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and scalability of our content customizationprojects.

What youll do:
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project managers
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Project Delivery Excellence:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of content customization projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality
  • Standardize project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
Client Experience:
