Job summary

ISMS Group of Institutions (ISMS Pune) is seeking a Senior Manager - Placement to lead the annual placement calendar, identify student skill gaps, and foster industry partnerships in Pune. The role requires 6–8 years in placement and a deep understanding of MBA/PGDM curricula and placement processes.

You will collaborate with industry partners, arrange talks and bootcamps, and ensure training outcomes meet employer expectations while leveraging LMS platforms for program delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of placement experience.
• Experience in EdTech or higher education institutions preferred.
• HR domain experience can also apply.
• Deep understanding of MBA/PGDM curriculum and placement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual placement calendars aligned with placement goals and work towards achieving the goal.
• Identify skill gaps among students through assessments and feedback.
• Work closely with companies to understand industry needs and ensure training outcomes match employer expectations.
• Arrange corporate talks, bootcamps, and certification programs.
• Standardize training processes, frameworks, and evaluation methods.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the placement process.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Connect to industries and companies for placement and familiarity with LMS platforms.
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; industry networks for collaboration (preferred).
• Experience in Placement: 6–8 years; EdTech or higher education experience preferred.
