Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialization in Piping Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical competency in AVEVA Engineering, E3D, and AVEVA P&ID.
• Thorough knowledge of specifications, catalogue, user-defined attributes, properties, bolt tables, material text, detail text, skey, etc.
• Extensive experience in E3D administration.
• Proficiency with AVEVA applications, automation, engineering application software, SQL, and PML.
• Self-starter with an innovative approach.
• Eagerness to learn and implement smart engineering across the team.
• Ability to lead optimization projects for improving the E3D application.
• Experience in skill development and capability enhancement of team members.

Responsibilities

• Create master database and functional libraries as per project requirements.
• Interface with users for application support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with software vendor and IT department for procurement, renewal, and maintenance.
• Manage database backup planning and recovery as needed.
• Manage 3D modeling software efficiently to meet project requirements.
• Monitor 3D modeling activities to ensure smooth project execution and assess modeling performance.
• Plan and implement improvements in quality and cost‑effectiveness of 3D modeling work.
• Create add‑on utilities to facilitate a user‑friendly interface.

• Optimize software‑related costs through effective understanding of project requirements, constraints, cost, and schedules.
• Create master database and functional libraries as per project requirements.
• Interface with users for application support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with software vendor and IT department for procurement, renewal, and annual maintenance.
• Manage database backup planning and recovery as needed.
