Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Commerce/Engineering/Operations Management or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Banking, FinTech, or Operations.
• Experience managing large-scale banking applications, production support, vendor governance, and SLA-driven service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational management of the BAANKNET platform.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and production support.
• Ensure lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Exposure to digital banking platforms and regulatory/compliance-driven environments is preferred.
