Job summary

Spot Your Leaders seeks a seasoned procurement leader to establish and manage non-IT category purchasing across facilities, admin, recruitment, marketing and HR expenditures. You will design strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure alignment with global best practices while coordinating with suppliers worldwide.

The role requires leadership of a buyers team, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to improve terms and KPIs with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 15 years of advancing purchase and procurement expertise with at least 10+ years in managing Non IT Category Procurement.
• Proven history of cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and delivering creative solutions in procurement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities along with robust change management skills.
• Receptive to feedback and a drive to enhance individual performance.
• Experience in process and project management is advantageous.
• Essential global cross-cultural exposure.
• Unquestionable integrity.
• Familiarity with Oracle.

• Develop and Implement Strategy for procurement of various aforementioned categories and ensure alignment with industry standards


• Regularly assess the commercial terms and improve on them
