Job summary

Cencora Business Services India Private Limited is seeking an experienced IT Programs Manager with 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years on Manhattan Active solutions. The role focuses on end-to-end test management across MAWM, SAP integrations, and supply chain systems, leading a global Center of Excellence and delivering complex technology transformations.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver value, manage risks and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with 5+ years directly related to Manhattan Active, experience across MAWM end-to-end test management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of MAWM-based IT systems.
• Builds and optimizes a Global Center of Excellence for MAWM and related supply chain systems.
• Oversees end-to-end MAWM testing across inbound, inventory, outbound, SAP integrations and SDN/UT
• Leads technology transformation projects with other IT teams and business units.
• Ensures compliance with delivery governance and project management methodologies.
• Assesses risks, issues and dependencies and escalates where needed.
• Provides strategic insights to marketing, commercial ops, product development & supply chain.

7 plus years of experience with 5+ years of Manhattan Active relevant experience with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.

Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Job Description: Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems -primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM). Experience with Supply Chain systems including TMS, WMS, Parcel Optimization and visibility are beneficial.
• Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support for Manhattan Active WM and associated supply chain systems.
• Good experience in end-to-end Test Management of MAWM applications, Inbound, Inventory Management, Outbound processes across MAWM, Integration with ERP applications like SAP, MHE integrations, Functional Testing, SDN, Extension Testing, Integration Testing and UAT and good experience with Test Management tools like qTest and automation with TOSCA .
• Serves as a key liaison between business & IT solution development teams to ensure delivery of desired IT solutions
• Leads and manages end-to-end implementation of technology transformation projects in collaboration with other IT departments & teams
• Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business
• Prioritizes and schedules projects within the portfolio to balance the workload and meet critical business deadlines
• Manages risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated, or escalated, as necessary
• Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process
• Ensures appropriate compliance with the agreed delivery governance framework to enable reusability of the framework wherever possible
• Validates and approves estimates for all projects within the portfolio to ensure that they cover all identified work and represent value for money for the customer
• Provides strategic insights cross functionally to marketing, commercial operations, product development, and supply chain functions
• Leads the transformation that encompasses the elements of people, process and technology

Experience & Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 7 plus years of experience with 5+ years of directly related to Manhattan Active relevant experience with focus on end to end to Test Management across MAWM applications with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, technology leadership, cross-functional technology program management, or a related field required. 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required. Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred.
