Job summary

Cencora India is hiring for a Senior MAWM-focused supply chain role. The candidate will work on Manhattan Active WM implementations, manage IT operations, and lead end-to-end MAWM testing. Collaboration with IT and operations teams is essential.

We value experience in MAWM testing, SAP ERP integrations, and building a Center of Excellence for testing MAWM modules. This is a full-time opportunity based in India with global process exposure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain with specialization in WMS applications.
• 2+ years directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations.
• Experience with SAP integrations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations.
• Manage the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of MAWM IT systems.
• Build out and optimize a Global Center of Excellence to support end-to-end testing of MAWM applications (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound).
• Test management with qTest and automation with Tosca for MAWM.
• Document configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MAWM configuration issues.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure seamless MAWM integration and operation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions.
• Provide guidance on delivering new technical capabilities into the business.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and stay current on MAWM best practices.

Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for our MAWM implementations.
• Manages the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems -primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM).
• Responsible for building out and optimizing a Global Center of Excellence to support end to end testing of MAWM applications, Inbound, Inventory Management, Outbound process across MAWM, Integration with ERP applications like SAP, MHE integrations, Functional Testing, SDN, Extension Testing and good experience with Test Management tools like qTest and automation with TOSCA.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations to ensure seamless integration and operation of our MAWM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within our MAWM solutions.
• Provides suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business
• Ensures appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, identifying issues and opportunities to promote continuous improvement of the process
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications, 2+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations with focus on end to end testing of MAWM applications. Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain and warehouse management systems

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a related field required. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certifications (CSPO), or equivalent certification preferred. Demonstrates advanced capability in translating business needs into technical solutions with growing breadth across related domains (e.g., cloud integration, enterprise architecture). Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex components and improve delivery outcomes.
