Job summary

We are seeking a Product Manager for our Fintech Organization for Gurgaon Location. The role requires leading cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics while prioritizing initiatives based on value and ROI.

You will manage product backlogs, user stories, and agile ceremonies, and lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience delivering AI or LLM-powered products.
• Experience managing agile product development environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact product opportunities.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on value and ROI.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile ceremonies.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and quality outcomes.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, QA, Operations, and Business Stakeholders.
• Provide direction and prioritization to project teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI or LLM-powered products.
• Experience managing agile product development environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Understanding of SQL, Vector Databases, and AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
