  • Monitor governance metrics and highlight data-quality, lifecycle, ownership, and compliance trends requiring leadership attention.
Lifecycle Governance
  • Provide visibility into asset age, technology currency, support status, end-of-life exposure, refresh requirements, dependencies, and associated risks.
  • Monitor lifecycle trends and governance metrics while service owners retain responsibility for operational lifecycle planning and execution.
  • Highlight material lifecycle risks through established governance and escalation forums.

  • Service owners consistently maintain high‑quality inventory, ownership, and lifecycle information.
  • Contract obligations and renewal milestones are visible early enough to support informed planning and decision‑making.
  • Infrastructure risks, ownership gaps, and readiness concerns are identified early and managed through established governance processes.
