Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj seeks an experienced Sr. Manager to oversee Integrated Management System (IMS) and Product Regulatory Certification across GSC India sites.

You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while coordinating with plant management and cross-functional teams. The role requires 8-12+ years in IMS with leadership experience and a focus on quality systems, audits, and customer certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of IMS and Product Regulatory Certificates, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
• Experience handling multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve Quality systems and use quality methods to assure that quality targets are met according to quality standards.
• Design audit schemes to check if means and methods are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives at all stages
• Designs and deploys quality systems and methods across all GSC India site and conducts audits to make sure they are implemented effectively.
• Responsible for the overall quality management system as well Product Regulatory Certification within GSC India entities, he/she is the Integrated Management System Engineer (IMSE) of the site.
• Build, maintain and improve the integrated management system and Product Regulatory Certification within the entities.
• Implement the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality policy in collaboration with the plant manager and management team.
• Ensure compliance of the IMS (Integrated Management System), Product Regulatory Certification : prepare, validate and implement the audit plan within the entities & lead the resulting actions.
• Lead the IMS (Integrated Management System), Product Regulatory Certification network of the site to guarantee the compliance with the standard.
• Plan, lead and/or conduct internal audits.
• Ensures an effective pool of internal auditors.
• Lead the management review and follow up improvement plan execution.
• Update and improve the Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and Quality manual and process mapping in accordance with HSE regulations standards, customer expectations and entity evolutions.
• Animate and Challenge Process owners.
• Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, measured (KPIs), reviewed and improved through process reviews and management reviews. Make sure the system is used as a driver for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Challenge process owners to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode.
• Ensure process owners are leading the appropriate systemic action plans by providing support and expertise in process management.
• Obtain and maintain the external certifications.
• Ensure to obtain and maintain the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, certification of the entities.

Experience with customer audits and certifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in IMS and Product Regulatory Certificates, with at least 5 years in a peoplemanagement role.
• Should have experience in handling multiple sites.

Certifications (Preferred)

• IMS Lead Auditor
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
