THE Partners seeks a qualified professional to lead GST monthly compliances and payments, ensuring accurate end-to-end filing for multiple registrations nationwide. You will reconcile input/output GST, manage timely payments, and monitor evolving tax regulations.

The role also covers handling GST notices and disputes, including show cause notices, litigations, and appeals, while staying updated on amendments and judicial rulings impacting GST processes.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is required.
• LLB qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage GST monthly compliances/payments: Handle end-to-end filing of GST returns for multiple GST registrations across the country, reconciliation of GST input/GST output, payment of GST/data management in a timely and efficient manner on a monthly basis.
• Manage GST notices / disputes: Handle end-to-end GST show cause notices, litigations, appeals etc.
• Monitor Tax Changes: Track new GST amendments, notifications, and landmark judicial rulings.
