Qualifications

• Proficient in GST laws, audits, and ERP/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
• Review GST records and transactions to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
• Monitor GST input tax credit (ITC) and ensure proper utilization
• Handle GST notices, assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Draft replies to departmental notices and represent the organization before GST authorities.
• Coordinate with consultants and legal counsels for litigation matters.
• Track ongoing cases and ensure timely closure of disputes.
• Manage internal and external GST audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com/M.Com with relevant experience.
• 4-10+ years of experience in GST compliance, litigation, and taxation.
