Even in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Manager - Growth to own paid acquisition and funnel performance across its healthcare businesses. You will manage sizable monthly budgets on Google and Meta, be accountable for CAC and revenue, and decide where the next rupee of growth comes from.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of performance marketing/growth with hands-on ownership of Google and Meta campaigns at scale.
• Degree from a top-tier institute (IIT / IIM / BITS / ISB / NIT or equivalent).
• Strong analytical chops—comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and funnel math; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing end to end across Google Ads and Meta — strategy, structure, budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages.
• Be accountable for CAC, conversion rate, and revenue per channel — not just leads and CPLs.
• Build and run a weekly experimentation cadence: new audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels, with readouts on what worked.
• Work with the data team to strengthen attribution and measurement (UTMs, offline conversions, cohort-level reporting).
• Partner with brand, design, and product teams to ship high-converting creatives and landing pages fast.
• Scale what works: turn winning experiments into always-on channels with clear guardrails.

What You'll Need

Good to Have
