The Indian Public School (TIPS Globeducate) is seeking an experienced finance professional to join its Corporate Office in Coimbatore as Senior Manager - FP&A Manager. You will report to the CFO and lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial modelling across schools, campuses and corporate functions.

We require a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 8+ years of experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA Finance with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for schools, campuses and corporate functions.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and financial performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze actual performance vs budgets with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives including new campuses and capital investments.
• Forecast revenue streams including tuition, scholarships, and other income sources.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables and working capital to ensure financial health.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic, Operations, HR and Procurement on financial planning.

Job description

The Indian Public School (TIPS Globeducate) is looking for an experienced finance professional to join its Corporate Office in Coimbatore as Senior Manager - FP&A Manager. The role will report directly to the CFO and will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modelling and strategic decision support across schools, campuses and corporate functions. We are seeking a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance professional with over eight years of relevant experience who can join at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic forecasts for schools, campuses, and corporate functions.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new campuses, academic programs, and capital investments.
• Forecast student enrollment, tuition fee revenue, scholarships, and other income streams.
• Monitor fee collections, outstanding receivables, and working capital to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Partner with Admissions, Academic, Operations, HR, and Procurement teams to support financial planning and business decisions.
• Analyze operating costs, faculty and staff expenses, and departmental spending to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support pricing strategies, tuition fee revisions, and profitability analysis for academic programs.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Support annual audits, financial due diligence, and other strategic finance initiatives.
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-range financial planning to support business growth.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including enrollment trends, revenue growth, operating margins, cost per student, fee collection efficiency, and budget utilization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Zoho books) and MS Excel
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
