The Successful Applicant

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory; Rank holder preferred
2. Graduate from a premium institute
3. 8-12 years of progressive finance leadership experience
4. Prior experience in startups / high-growth organizations with evolving structures and processes
5. Strong exposure to global organizations, especially with US or multi-jurisdiction operations
6. Hands-on experience supporting P&L management, financial planning, and performance oversight in a matrixed or centralized finance environment
7. Proven track record in audits, compliance, taxation, and controllership
